We are making the necessary parts for metal and sheet metal processing machines to Durmazlar, which is the leader of the sector in Turkey. We have been working as a subsidiary of the Durmazlar for about 15 years.
In 2010, Turkey's first Machinery and Rail Systems R&D Center was established by Durmazlar. Turkey is ranked 6th among the world's few countries producing its own patented "bogie" it's in line. We started to serve as a subsidiary of this company in accordance with the needs of Durmaray, which brought the tram named Silkworm (iPEKBÖCEĞİ) to Turkey.
Duray Transportation Systems Inc. (Duray) manufactures bogi and body sweater, which is the most basic part of rail vehicles. For Duray, we produce various parts of bogi and body carcasses.
Ekin Pano manufactures electrical automation panels. Ekin Pano provides services to customers in electrical automation, control boards, and sheet shaping.
Our company, which has been collaborating with Ekin Pano for years, makes the necessary parts for the production of panels and acts as a subsidiary of this company.
Gera Makine, which serves the automotive, machinery and aerospace sector, often delivers the machinery sector abroad by completing the welding, voltage removal, sandblasting, machining, CMM control and paint processes of the lower body and accessory groups of CNC machine tools.
We have been manufacturing the necessary parts for Gera Makine and serving as a subsidiary of this company for years.
ALES PRES, pres ve sac işleme makineleri imalatı yapmaktadır. ALES PRES yüksek teknoloji H-tipi, eksantrik pres makineleri üretmektedir. Almanya’daki ünlü pres üreticisi Heilbronn ile ortaklık anlaşmaları vardır. 2019 yılında ALES Sac İşleme Makineleri A.Ş. Pazarlama firması kuruldu.
